Introduction

Ves and Jamo take us through an awesome Shoulder and Ab workout. Sound like a strange combination? Not really. Shoulders and abs are great complimentary bodyparts to work on in the same day. Since they are completely separate body parts, you don't need to worry about support muscles of either muscle group tiring out while super-setting or performing giant sets.

About this workout

For JamCore Members who:

  • Want to tone and define their shoulders and abs
  • Improve shoulder development

Workout Program:

Workout frequency:

  • Twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) if goal is to improve shoulder development.

Sets and Reps:

  • Shoulders: Between 8-12 reps (increasing the weight each set)
  • Abs: Between 15-20 reps

Example of a weekly routine that Vesela recommend:

  • Monday: Legs
  • Tuesday: Shoulders/abs
  • Wednesday: Chest /Triceps
  • Thursday: Back/Biceps
  • Friday: Shoulders/ abs

Before the workout:

  • 10 minute on the bike or treadmill, Warm up activation x 2 Workout
