Introduction
Julien and Jamo bust out an awesome ab workout! It's a creative ab routine that demonstrates how Julien develops his well proportioned physique. The great thing about this ab routine is that it is easy to follow and easily redone at home, in the office or in the gym.Exercises:

About this workout
For JamCore members who are the following:
- Are beginner, intermediate or advanced
- Are limited by time (efficiency)
- Want to improve ab definition
- Want to gain the perfect six-pack
Julien's advice:
Workout Program:
It's a 6-week program that consists of 5 exercises of 10 reps each, to be performed in a circuit
Time required
10-15 minutes per day 3 times a week
Equipment Needed:
Floor mat or towel
Workout Frequency: 1 Day on / 1day off.
Beginner Stage:
3 x the circuit resting 60 -90 sec between each circuit , 10 reps per exercise
Intermediate Stage:
5 x the circuit, resting 60 sec between each circuit, 10 reps per exercise
Advanced Stage:
5 x the circuit non stop ,10 reps per exercise

This routine will only work, if you follow a good meal plan and add a cardio activity.

Great workout :) however am i right in saying this focus's mainly on the top abs?

Great stuff
This is a kick ass work out, it looks easy but when you try, you can really feel the burn! Great stuff, I am gonna stick to it and hopefully get a nice ab!
