Purpose:Develop strength and size of the tricep muscle.

Coaching Points

  • Sit on a chair, with both hands to your side, your legs extended with feet and knees together.
  • Keep your chest up and your elbows tucked and lower yourself down, making sure your back is close to the bench.
  • Push yourself back up using nothing but your triceps.
