Coaching Points

  • Start by moving from exercise to the next, making sure you take your time between every rep.
  • Paying attention to your form, contract the muscle on the concentrict phase, breathe in nice and easy during the circuit.

Great warmup! I love it and I'm saving all the videos for the gym! I was unable to download this video - it gives me an error!

You are right about the warmup - I rarely ever see guys warmup or stretch.
