Thanks for this whole series of stretch routines. I can attest to just warming up on the treadmill and I think I like your way better. It does seem safer and more complete than just running for 10 minutes. I don't care how goofy it might look, safer is smarter.
And thanks for making them downloadable to the IPOD. I'm doing that!
