Butterfly Med Ball Crunch

Purpose:Shaping and strengthening your abs.
Quantity:3 sets x 15-20 reps
Equipment:Floor Mat, Medicine Ball

Coaching Points

  • Lie on the floor legs Indian style with your feet touching
  • Hold a 2-4lb (1-2kg) med ball with your arms straight over your chest
  • Reach up to the ceiling, squeezing your abs & back down about an inch off the floor, then repeat
