Seated Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extension

Purpose:Develop strength and size of the tricep muscle
Quantity:1set x 10-12 reps
Equipment:Balance Ball and Power Blocks (or dumbbells)

Coaching Points

  • Sit on a bench holding a pair of dumbbells.
  • Straighten your arms and extend over your head.
  • Lower the dumbbells behind your head, keeping your chest up and elbows tucked in.
  • Extend your arms back up to the start position.
