Circuit Three

Purpose:Our purpose is to learn the JamCore training system, and to move on to the JamCore intermediate system.
Quantity:Superset exercises A,B,C,D
Equipment:Exercise Bench, Floor Mat and Power Blocks (or dumbbells)

Coaching Points

  • Start by moving from exercise to the next, making sure you take your time between every rep.
  • Paying attention to your form, contract the muscle on the concentrict phase, breathe in nice and easy during the circuit.
  • Drink some water and rest 90 seconds before you start.
