Two-Arm Dumbbell Rows

Purpose:Develop strength and size in the upper back.
Quantity:1 set x 10-12 reps
Equipment:Power Blocks (or dumbbells)

Coaching Points

  • Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart, holding a pair of dumbbells.
  • Bend forward at the waist, keeping your back straight and stomach tight.
  • Pull the dumbbells up and to your side, leading with your elbows and not your arms.
  • Lower the weight down to the start position

Very important: Do not round your back.
