Circuit Two

Purpose:Superset exercises A, B, C, complete the 3 exercises non-stop, then rest 60 seconds before beginning the next superset.
Quantity:Superset exercises A, B, C
Equipment:Power Blocks (or dumbbells) and Floor Mat

Coaching Points

  • Start by moving from exercise to the next, making sure you take your time between every rep.
  • Paying attention to your form, contract the muscle on the concentrict phase, breathe in nice and easy during the circuit.
  • Drink some water and rest 60-90 seconds before you start.
