Purpose:Develop strength of the serratus and oblique muscle
Quantity:5 exercises of 10 reps each
Equipment:Floor Mat

Coaching Points

  • Start by moving from exercise to the next, making sure you take your time between every rep.
  • Paying attention to your form, contract the muscle on the concentrict phase, breathe in nice and easy during the circuit.

work out i eat oatmeal about almost every day i just need to add the 6egg whites n a fruit n peanut butter, but im not suppose to eat peanut butter for some reason but will almond butter do te same results as peanut butter?
