I want to add supplemts to my training routine. I usually do body weight exercises everyday, run three times a week and lift weights once a week. I do this to improve my performance in BJJ.
The objectives for my training are to increase stamina, improve muscle endurance, and increase energy.
I'm looking to start taking the following supplements made by BSN:
Axis-HT
Nitrix
Cellmass
N.O.-Xplode
Are these supplements a good place to start or should I look at a different brand?

Agreed, Oddball set you up
Agreed, Oddball set you up with some excellent information!
Though many retail products are overly hyped, BSN has produced many products that are providing quality results, but there are definitely alternatives to help save money! Ive been asked by Rob and Clark to pop in from time to time to introduce our product line to you guys, and I am more than happy to make some recommendations that will provide you with optimal performace and results while reducing your costs.
www.trueprotein.com the following comparable products:
Axis-HT: Axis is basically a glorified ZMA material, you can find ZMAs at the following link:

Nitrix: We do not have an exact comparable material, however the NO Reload product is very similar in nature.
Cellmass: A simple L-Glutamine / Creatine Monohydrate / Carb mix can easily replace this mix and reduce costs tremendously. These items can either be supplemented separately, or can be customized in a custom mix on the site.
NO Xplode: NO Reload is a very similar material and will help to increase strength and endurance if taken pre-workout.

All in all, I agree with Oddball, unless you are looking to bulk and gain mass weight rather than lean muscle mass you can probably drop the Nitrix and focus on the other materials you have listed. For a post-workout protein powder, you might also consider adding either a Whey Protein Isolate or a Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, along with an additional carb source for added muscle growth and recovery.

Well ..
oddball did answer your question pretty well ! BSN supplement are very over priced and sometimes you don't need all of them . I think you should focus a little more on your nutrition than supplementation . I don't think you need all that much , MARKETING does wonders ! especially in taking peoples money !

Axis-HT is a testosterone
Axis-HT is a testosterone booster if i remember correctly.. This would increase you're strength when working out, aswell as giving you're body the much needed hormone to build muscle.
Nitrix is as far as i know a combination of Creatine and some Nitric Oxide mix. Giving you're body a longer lasting 'pump' through the day.
Cellmass is a creatine mix product giving you more strenght (maximum strenght for shorter periods of time) and muscle volume.
N.O.X-PLODE is a Nitric Oxide mix giving you better pumps and increases hormone release into youre muscles, aswell as a better protein synthesis (building muscle).
Togerther i think these product could make quite a heavy stack.. Especially since NO-XPLODE, Cellmass and Nitrix make the BSN Mass Stack, however youre also adding the Axis-HT from the fight stack..
Since you say youre working out for youre BJJ, wouln't it be enough to just take the fight stack? Since youre not realy workoing out for mass, i'd say the Nitrix would just paying extra money for something you don't realy need.
That all said, it say.. why not try it? see if it works for you
Good Luck
