I need your help

I'm overwhelmed. I would like to hear YOUR advice. I am 24 and would like to enjoy it. I have little to no energy in the day, I'm very unhappy when I look down, and I am willing and eager to change the way I feel and look. Please tell me what things I can do to get back to a pre-pregnancy body. Please please!..thanks

Here is some tips that can really help you :

Tip One : Set a schedule and stick to it .
Tip 2 : Increase your cardio and start dropping Your Carbs
Tip 3 ; Take the salt out and any food that is High in Sodium
Tip 4 : Increase your water intake 1/2 a gallon a day
Tip 5 : Stick to 5 meals a day no matter what !
Tip 6; Drop your Starchy Carbs after 4 pm
