hello everybody, well im excited to have joined the tribe, i have gone to the gym but i am not consistant because i have trouble with the routines that i have, i hear so many different ways, but i am still not sure how to organize it, i mainly want to shape my chest, and my arms, i play soccer and my legs are ok for now, so would you please help me with some routines, any help will be greatly appreciated.

training your chest and arms are great but remember to train you other body parts such as your shoulders, back and so on. Also if you are a beginner, than try to do more full body circuit training and workouts to build basic foundation for flexibility and functional mobility of your joints and etc. Hope this helped!!
