I want to add supplemts to my training routine. I usually do body weight exercises everyday, run three times a week and lift weights once a week. I do this to improve my performance in BJJ.

The objectives for my training are to increase stamina, improve muscle endurance, and increase energy.

I'm looking to start taking the following supplements made by BSN:

Axis-HT
Nitrix
Cellmass
N.O.-Xplode

Are these supplements a good place to start or should I look at a different brand?

i am six foot tall weight a low weight of 142 and sometimes 134 after i am done running, i have a old bench that has a cable pulldown, benching bar and i need a workout to get me to gain some mass cause my sternum sticks out and i have tried some workouts that arent working cause i am no bigger and my arms are only 14 in. and my waist is a 27. Have any suggestions for a workout?

Hye Jamo how are you my friend?

I have a question how do I gain weight?
I'm 6.1 ft and weigh 139 pounds with 9% body fat.
I've been training for 1 month now 5 times a week and I gaind about 7 pound in that time. But how do I gain some more weight? I'm considering buying a weight gainer like mammoth 2500 or should I wait and let the weight come more natural?

hello everybody, well im excited to have joined the tribe, i have gone to the gym but i am not consistant because i have trouble with the routines that i have, i hear so many different ways, but i am still not sure how to organize it, i mainly want to shape my chest, and my arms, i play soccer and my legs are ok for now, so would you please help me with some routines, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi dude!, I need some help could you please help me?
I'm a 20 years old guy, I have a lot of trouble with my weight, I'm very very thin, whathever I eat it doesn't matter, I can't gain weight I'm now at 110lbs and 1.73mt. Could you give me an advice?.

Ok, I've started , and started again, and again. I enjoy working out, but dont do it enough to stay consistant - I believe you have to do something 21 days straight for it to become a habit! I dont do so well with my eating habits though- I eat late or sometimes don't eat. Sometimes I eat and its way too much, but i'm happily full - I have great advice all the time, but its my accoutability that stinks! I'm not heavily overweight, but I would like to be tone and feel better! I have to keep up with my 2 active boys ages 10 and 6!

How are you my friend? I am a seventeen year old guy, looking to get into the best shape of my life. I really want to gain muscle (esp. bi's, tri's, and abs) while also losing weight. i currently am at a point of being about 5'9" and about 200 pounds, so I have a lot to work ahead. I am starting to do a lot of agility and speed work, but its just not helping.

If you could please help me establish the perfect workouts and nutrition plan to get going on my journey to become fit and hopefully ripped, I would truly appreciate it.
