Well I'm kind of new to this so I'm trying to feel it out and find information. Myself I'm on a prescription that builds fat and causes diabetes but the lower my fat content the less chance I have of getting the diabetes. At this time there is no indication of it and I'm working hard to keep it that way.
What is everyone else's situation? I'll add more to this as time goes on.

limitations

"Argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they're yours" - Richard Bach
Man, is this true! I constantly find myself limiting myself! Who says I can't be in better shape now than ever before? Who says I can't change the paradigm of health in this country to one that emphasizes health and not absence of symptoms? Me! That's who! But I can change that, I can believe in myself and stop doubting myself, stop limiting myself. I can make small efforts everyday that will help me reach my goals and I will!
Who else is limiting themselves?

Savings 40 cents per gallon

We’re all reeling from the price at the pump lately, here is something that is rarely mentioned. While each vehicle is somewhat different, gas mileage decreases rapidly at speeds above 60 mph. Generally, you can assume that each 5 mph you drive over 60 mph is like paying an additional $0.20 per gallon for gas. So if you’re like many, driving 70 mph is costing you 40 cents per gallon! How many people shop around to find the station selling gas for 10 cents under the competitors?
