I seek to be toned and lead a more healthy life style. I am an educator and a role model (everyone is whether they signed up or not). We teach by demonstration... I desire to show others that with self discipline, dedication and self care exercise can teach me lessons about myself... and my body image as a woman. I desire to heal and claim the strength my body can offer.
