Vesela Leg Workout Part I



In part one of this leg workout, Vesela starts exercising the thighs with some leg extensions. She completes this segment with the "Lying Leg Curl" and "Walking Lunges / Leg Extensions". As always, Vesela demonstrates how she keeps herself in incredible shape by doing each exercise with the proper form and timing.
