Great Swim Workout

As bathing suit season peeks around the corner, it’s a fabulous time to get into swimming shape. Here’s a workout that can be completed by intermediate to advanced swimmers (and even novices with a little practice and modification). This was written for an Olympic-sized pool (50m) but can be adapted to a 25-m or 25-yd. pool. If you don’t have a ton of time, you can cut the workout in half and still do the sets in the order they are written.
