Post workout meal

Post work out meal. Not sure how many cal's exactly but its over 450 for sure.
x2 eggs
x2 thin ham
1 smoked turkey
broccoli
half a banana
2 waffles (there is some syrup hiding under the waffles shhhhhh dont tell no one )
half a banana
1 big glass of whole milk
and off to bed :P
