If I do a all over body workout that lasts one hour, and I start with chest and get that complete within the first 10 minutes, that means if I taken the protein shake after my workout I will be taking it 50 minutes AFTER I have the worked the chest, so should I take one scoop mid workout then one scoop after workout? Maybe even one scoop before workout, and if so, how long before the workout?
Thanks.

Many lifters will take a pre-workout, intra-workout, and post-workout material to continuously rebuild and recover muscle tissue throughout their workout. The most common materials I see customers buying for intra-workout are NO based products, simple BCAA materials, or Whey Proteins. If you take a solid pre-workout supplement mix with a high BCAA content, it should carry you through the workout without needing an additional source. I recommend using a material like the Buzz Saw or BCAA Boost available at www.trueprotein.com for increased strength, endurance, and muscle recovery throughout your workout, otherwise I would say just take down some quick BCAAs!
