Workout questions...

Hey guys, ive got a few questions:

1. How heavy should i carry for my traps if im doing dumbell shrugs? If im carrying roughly 16 pound dumbells for biceps (doing 8 reps - im still new :) )

2. How long should i rest between sets?

3. What is the best dumbell or free weight workout for the upper/inner chest?

1) As heavy as you posible

1) As heavy as you posible can hold for 8-12 reps.. If you use straps you can carry much more though.

2) Rets seomwhere between 1 to 1.5 minutes for muscle building and between 2 and 3 minutes if you want to gain strenght doing 3-5 reps. Rest a minute tops when doing higher reps 15 or more..

3) Incline Bench Press (6 sets, including 2 warm up sets)
Flat Bench Press 4 sets
Incline dumbell flyes 3-4 sets (add 2 dropsets to your last set)
Weighted Dips 3-4 sets (with maybe 2 dropsets added to the final set)
