Hi everyone,

I keep asking this question to some other people i know, as well as other forums on the internet but i keep getting different answers, so i was hoping that maybe some of the people here might shed some light on this question..

What is the best way in order to lose bodyfat? I'll will starting cutting at the start of February and i was wondering what could be the best way in onder te lose extra bodyfat..

I'm already planning to do 1 major musclegroup every training and also about 30 - 40 minutes of cardio on the treadmill or stationary bike, but what about my weighttraining?

Some people say that if you want to burn bodyfat you should do your weighttraining with more reps and less weight, yet other say you should continue with low reps and a heavy weight.. ? What should I be doing? What is the best way in order to burn more bodyfat?

simply lift heavy as you can for the 10 to 12 rep range but the key is to keep your heart rate up so like only 1 min rest between sets also do cardio pre and post work out but during post work out keep heart rate between 120 and 140.. also eat every 2 hours or so around 45 to 50 carbs and 30 protein, limit fat but do include it in diet.. avoid any thing unhealthy and give it some time and you will be lean before you know it

diet is the only efficient

diet is the only efficient way of body fat loss training is extremely inefficient ie takes seconds not to eat 500 calories yet it takes up to an hour to burn it off. At the end of the day though differences between training tactics used make ounces difference.

But use your gym to work the muscle hard and to failure as that will help yuo to retain the muscle when eating in a deficit. The approach described previously (HIT as mainly promoted by Timothy Darden) is one of the most efficient processes I have found and the additional running you suggest is frowned upon. 30 minutes cardio after training a) says you havent worked the muscle to failure and b) could actualy lead to a slow down in losing the fat if you havent calculated your deficit spot on

But if running is what makes you keep the motivation then that is the best approach for you.

So what your saying is to

So what your saying is to actualy forget about the cardio and train to failure with weight training and have a good diet?

always do cardio....
if you give up cardio your strength will get worse...
the better condition u in, the better blood circulation you get, the heavier you are able to lift...
cardio and diet and your workout program, and you'd be good to go...

my suggestion anyway

Yes thnx, i also wanted to

Yes thnx, i also wanted to include about 30 mins of cardio every training.. something like HIIT training which will give you a beteer fast burning state and a longer EPOC, which means a longer state of fat burning after your workout right?

Besides the cardo i wanted to do strengh training with 1 or max. 2 musclegroups per training with 6-8 Reps

Hypertrophy training and HIIT cardio

I would say a low carbohydrate diet. HIIT cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for about 20-30min. I would not do cardio any longer than 45min. It's been said that after more than 45 minutes of cardio you start burning muscle.
