Warm Lemon Water Or Honey & Cinnmon?????

Please, I have been asked and see in fitness articles, That you should be drinking warm lemon water right when you wake?
WHy should I do this ? What benefit does it have???
I also have heard that you should drink honey and cinnamon (sp?) 30 min before first meal and 30 min before bed???
I would love to know how this would help weight loss..
