Swiss Ball Ab Workout

I've been using the swiss ball for a nice stability/core/ab workout. Here's what it looks like
Each of these exercises are with the swiss ball
3 ROUNDS
1) 20 crunches
2) 20 knee raises (The first exercise on here but with the ball on the top of your feet, http://www.myfittribe.com/videos/clark-bartram-2-minute-ab-routine)
3) 20 crunches
4) pikes (http://www.myfittribe.com/videos/pike-push-jamo)
5) 20 crunches
6) 20 Russian Twists (http://www.myfittribe.com/videos/ab-crunch-russian-twist)
7) 20 crunches
Remember to keep your stomach tight on every exercise. No stopping, only after 1 round stop for 15-30seconds to regroup and blast away again!
