Stomach/ abs
Posted March 24th, 2008 by Soad
Hey, i recently started workout im looking to build alittle bit of muscle and become more cut. I am 6'4 and only 185lb and 17 years old im looking to hit 200lb, iv been working out 5 time a week and starting to see alot of improvements, but one problem i am having is removing fat on my abs there a tiny layer of fat on my abs which is keeping them from showing, iv look around here and i am hearing that crunches and ab workouts will not get rid of this fat. So then its wat i am eating if someone could give me a low down on wat i should be eating daily and when that would be great, and how to remove this fat! The only thing i am taking is SuperPump 250 before workouts and Cyto Gainer (protien) after workout.
Thanks

Hmm
For starters, if you can't see your abs at all, then there is a lot of fat in front of them, not just a tiny layer, unfortunately. so you'll need to do more than a month's worth of cardio. But we'll definitely get you the tools and information you need to get on the right track!!
Read this article, you need exercise and nutrition both to get your abs. You still need to do ab work if you want nice looking abs. Here's the article... its about 3 posts down the page where I describe my idea of how your ab visibility works.

What do you normally eat throughout the day right now?

you also gotta do cardio eating right aint just gonna get rid of it and that last bit of fat is always the hardest so alot of cardio and eat right im not really good with nutrition so i cant help you there
