Rope Jumping..

Hey guys,
I jump rope on 1 day on and one off basis for 15mins.. Will this do any good in six weeks to improve my stamina or anything else..

Jump roping is good for the cardiovascular system. I think if its the only cardio you're doing you should make your sessions longer. The great thing about jump roping is you can watch a tv show while you do it. You could also try just raising it by 5 minutes OR you could do 15 minutes, rest 5-10 minutes, then another 10-15 minutes. Whatever you choose to do, I think you should continually and gradually add more time to your jump roping so that you get stronger legs, if you're not pushing yourself, the exercise is useless.
