I usually will have a protein shake after my workout and add extra glutamine. However, during my workout I sip on XTEND by Scivation. This is a great RECOVERY drink filled with BCAA, Vitamin B6 for energy during my workout and it also has Glutamine and Citrulline Malate.
The only way you will not succeed is if you don't try...
uhh. probably protein. :).....female muscle cells and male muscle cells are more or less the same, its just the different hormones we have...so I'd go with something with a good amount of protein, a low amount of fat, some vitamins.....ya know, just normal stuff....correct me if im wrong
