Pushups for upper chest

Hey MFT crew,
I've always wondered what kind of pushups should i do to hit the upper chest?
I know that for:
:: inner chest - close grip a.k.a. diamond
:: outer chest - wide grip
But i have no clue on how to hit those upper chests...
Can anyone help me out on this?

Upper Chest (push-ups)
Raise your feet off of the floor. This would be like doing incline bench presses. Don't raise them too high though.
