Purple-K?
Posted November 14th, 2007 by TheChane
has anyone heard anything aobut Purple-K? it's apparently the King of Creatine. in the brochure it states how creatine mono hydrate converts into creatinine upon contact with water. and that it's the creatinine that retains waters and causes most of the side effects of creatine. well I'm still debating the use of creatine, and it's expensive! it's hard to spend 50 bucks on something that'll last a month, on a students budget... i struggle getting money for my protein! but this purple-K is a buffered creatine that comes in a capsule form and is supposed to be consumed twice a day even when not training. but no loading phase is required. well thanks a bunch guys!

I dont know nothing about Purple-K
but creatine is one of the most cheap supplements out, you dont use very much of it, it wont last only 1 month...
unless you're using it the wrong way...
usually creatine is 1kg or more....you use around 2-20grams a day...
you dont need to overload on creatine , its not that useful, you gain size but not from muscle mass, creatine store more fluid in the body...
