Pull up bar

I bought a pull up bar a few wks ago for £10 and its been the best thing i could screw between my doorframe and spend my money on, simple exercises like this can really make a difference. Ive been playin with the 21 idea in the pull up position, 7 bottom-halfway, 7 halfway-top, 7 bottom-top with a weight on my feet. As i get stronger i hope to achieve the famed 100 pull ups one day.

Raising the legs parallel to the floor whilst lifting up also works great on the lower abs, n if your not afraid of fallin off i find it fun to hold on almost upside-down and do pull ups which i find works the lower back.

From someone who loves climbing stuff I highly recommend one :)

I know this is a really old

I know this is a really old post, but...
I have a pull up bar in a door frame also, and I have to say that its a great investment. I think mine was like $15 at target.

Sweet.

I gotta get one pronto! It's hard to work your back right without it.

I have a make-shift one, but it's not in a good spot. My door frame would be perfect.
