protein pancakes!

for anyone who loves pancakes and needs protein this is for you! these ar amazing....
5 eggs
3/4 cup skim milk
1 cup oats
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 Tbl spoon cinnamon
1/2 Tbl spoon vanilla extract
1/2 Tbl spoon baking powder
and then blend in blender. the first 2 or 3 are going to be a lil soupy and thin because the oats are more towards the bottom of the batter so dont stress lol. cook em up and throw on some lite syrup and there you have your preotein pancakes! it makes quite a few so you can save some for later too! enjoy

The great thing about protein pancakes is that there are so many different combinations out there. It's always fun to make stuff up as you go along too! I'll have to try this oue out as soon as I get myself another tub.

Hmmm sounds good! I'll have to give them a try. I am so sick and tired of having protein shakes so any other way to eat it is good in my books.
