Whats the best peanut butter to use, and how much fat, protein etc should there be per 100g?
My peanut butter is 'whole earth - crunchy original' with no added sugar...
Per 100g:
592 cals
25g protein
10g carbs
50g fat
7g fibre
0.4g sodium
1g salt
Ingredients:
roasted peanuts (97%), palm oil, sea salt.
Thats all.... Is my peanut butter a good snack/small meal? How much should I have at one time, i've been having about 60g which seems to be one tablespoon....
