Do NO products cause depression why are they so many warnings on the NO EXPLODE supplement I'm afraid to take this stuff.

I havent heard of anyone receiving negative side effects like depression while using the material, if it ever happened it must have been an isolated incidence caused by a shift in body chemisty mixed with one or more of the ingredients, but it would be highly unlikely that the material would be a cause for it.

As Oddball said, the warnings are likely just for liability insurance incase anyone does have complications while using the material. Supplements are not regulated by the FDA, so companies must go to great lengths to protect themselves without the government watching over them.

NO-Xplode has some good and some bad attributes. I have never taken it, but a friend of mine takes it off and on and he says its great. In my opinion its too expensive (cheapest amount is like $70) to do something that a cup of green tea can do to me (not exactly, but still).

If you are going to take NO-Xplode I think its better to cycle on an off because otherwise many people have reported that you're body easily adapts to it and after a few weeks its won't do anything.

I have to go so I can't talk about it much, but search google and check out these links:

edit: also if you're getting back into lifting after not doing it for a long time, NO-Xplode is going to be a waste of your money IMO. After a long time not lifting, your body doesn't need much extra stimulation to grow besides proper diet and exercise. I would recommend waiting until you hit some serious plateaus before you start taking NO-Xplode or similar products.

I never before heart a complain about depression as a side-effect from N.O. XPLODE.
Why are there so many warnings? Those are for your own savety. N.O. XPLODE aontains a lot of different stuff, which are supposed to help you increase your stamine, strength and muscle mass. One of the ingredients is Taurine, a varient of Caffeïne. Caffeïne might increase your heartbeat's normal pace, so this is very risky when you are a heartpatient.

Because it contains a lot of different ingredients BSN had to be thinking about the people who might not be able to tolerate some of the stuff in NO XPLODE...

If you read the list of ingredients and you don't see anything you know you might be intollerant for, why not try it? Many people that tried it say it worked great for them!
