hey everyone it seems i've been having some problem with my chest workout I've been working out for about 6 months and now i have noticed that one of my chest is bigger compared to the other one any advice on how i can fix that or just some advice on what do would be appreciated

Well it's very common for
Well it's very common for one side of your body to be 'bigger' then the other side.. This is due to the fact you might be right or left handed writer or you play soccer with either your right or left leg for most part, just to give you an example.
However, this imbalence might be increase if you train with both arms (or legs) pushing with 1 weight. It sounds weird but imagine. You can bench press (with bar) 150 lbs. Its most likely that the arm you use most, in my case my right arms since im right handed, will probably push more weight then my left, this could be one of the problems why a chest can me more musclular on one side then on the other.
The same problem comes with fitness machines. They use one weight stack, but u use either 2 arms or 2 legs to push or pull the weight(except of course if you have machines on which you can place weight on both sides).
To get your chest balanced again i suggest you train with mainly to sepperate dumbells or machines with which you can train both arms sepparatly. If your right side is weaker(or left side), dont use to much weight. Use the weight your weaker side can push for the amount of reps u want to do. Try this for a while and this will probably give you some good results ;)
[b}Example chest workout:[/b]
1) Flat dumbell bench press
2) incline dumbell press (or machine press, if sepparate weight)
3) dumbell flyes
4) Dipping machine( if both arms with sepparate weight), or decline dumbell flyes.
If you are wondering about the amount of sets and reps, i would not go for less then 12 sets and no more then 25 sets if you go for high volume. I would keep the reps between 6 and 12
Good Luck!
