My Leg Routine-your opinion
Hi good people,
i would like to know your opinion of my leg routine. due to the fact that i am pretty exausted after that routine i would like to know if i am doing anything wrong or too much of it-plese let me know.
rear kick back machine-3 sets-30 pounds (i think-i´m from europe, we ve got kg)->15 kg
leg extentions-3 to 5 sets-60 to 70 pounds->30-35kg
leg curl-3 to 5 sets-60 to 70 pounds->30-35 kg
leg press-3 to 5 sets-160 pounds->80 kg
calf machine-3 sets of sagi kalev style-30 to 40 pounds->15-20 kg
superset:Adductor+Abductor machine-3 sets-120 pounds->60kg
sometimes i will do abs afterwards, but not evertime. yesterday i was pretty exhausted.
sol please tell me is it too much? too ineffective? what could i do better?
