Lower Pec

Hi all could anyone take a look at my profile pics and advise me how to increase muscle definition in my lower pectoral as I'm starting to get a little frustrated and despondent at the moment. I don't want to be overly massive just very athletic and defined. I do decline bench and and cable cross overs and have just introduced declined flys. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Here's my suggestion bro: substitute Dumbbell Pullovers ( 4 x 8-12) and a superset of Dips and cable fly (4 x 10) for 2 of your exercises on your chest day and see how it works for you.

Possible Plateau?

Could be that you hit a plateau in whatever you're doing for you chest workouts. What are you currently doing for the pecs? What have you done in the past for them? Do you have any injuries in the shoulder, neck, or upper/lower back that have altered your range of motion?

Thanks for the reply. I tend to change 1-2 exercises in my chest my routine ever two months. I did dislocate my shoulder back in july of 2007 but it dosn't really effect my range of movement as I had a good physio who was very determind for that not to happen.

My current chest work out is a s follows:

Incline Dumb bells Press - 4 sets - 8-12reps - 25kg x 1, 27.5kg x2, 30kg x1
Decline Dumbell Press - 4 sets - 8-12 reps - 22.5kg x2, 25kg x 2
Cable Cross Overs - 4 sets - 8-12 reps - 25kg x1, 30kg x2, 35kg x 1
Pec Deck - 3 sets - 8-12 reps - 63kg x1, 71kg x2
Decline Press ups 3 sets to faliure

Ay advise would be appreciated

I think that you're overworking your chest. I mean 5 exercises is too much, I do 3 exercises at the most.

I dont think 5 exercises is too much for chest to be honest. all depends on your goals.
