Loose skin suggestions
I've never posted one of these before so I'm curious to see how it goes. My name is Blake and I am wondering about ways of dealing with loose skin after weight loss. From the time I was in about the sixth grade I began to put on weight at a rapid speed. From then on throughout high school and into the early years of college, I was over weight. I realized when I was 250 pounds and in my size 44 pants that I had to do something. My parents bought a treadmill and I started running and I just couldn't stop. I think I made the mistake of loosing it to fast because I was running 7 miles a day and I lost most of it within the first 6 or 7 months. My lowest I've ever been was 136 and I know that was unhealthy. I'm at a healthier weight of 156 now and it's good but I'm still looking to loose a tad more. But that isn't the issue. The issue is that I still have a good deal of loose skin around my mid section. I was wondering if there were any tips that anyone might have for me to be able to help it or get rid of it?

How often
do you workout? If your just doing cardio the weight will come off but I believe to help with loose skin in all areas not just mid section you'd have to hit some weights.I tried to do target training for a long time thinking if I'd focus on an area then I shall see results in that area. However you have to work entire body to really see any difference. That's awesome you lost all the weight, now it seems you just need to start toning it up by hitting some weights, or even just body weight exercises. There's a lot of things you can do if you can't get into a gym. Hope it all works out for ya. Do you do any workouts on the site? have a good one.
