Ok I was thinking about it today and I'm always forced to be creative in order to eat stuff (because some people in my house *cough* like to buy a lot of things that aren't actually meals but, but im not gonna go into that). So, I decided every time I think up some healthy snack, I'll post it.

So here goes (I don't have a picture because I can't make this one right now because I don't have any peanut butter).....

Ingredients: Peanut Butter, Apples, Raisins | Optional: Crackers

Ok this is really easy. Get an apple or two, cut it/them into slices and put them on a plate. Next to it, put some peanut butter down. Put a few raisins on the peanut butter and your done. You can sort of "dip" the apple slices into the peanut butter and eat it like that. I don't really know why it tastes good, it just does.
If you want you can get some crackers (whole wheat would be the healthiest) and eat those with the peanut butter and apples as well.

hey kev.
that sounds good...i'd try it but im allergic to peanutbutter...in fact im allergic to all nuts...
reason is i once had to bulk up and i had peanutbutter and after a month i guess the peanutbutter made me allergic to all nuts...now it feels like nuts split into athoms and i cant seem to breathe properly...so i have to stay away from it, grrr...
but it sounds like a good snack!!

so many people I know are allergic to nuts...maybe the next one i do you'll be able to try
