when doing heavy skull crushers and barbell curls the strain is hard to deal with on the joints, glucosamine and chrondriotion + MSM (lol SPELL CHECK) are in the supplement cocktail but its been about 2 months using it and not seeming to work or maybe it is and i would be worse without? what dose should i use in them?

I read somewhere that it takes that stuff about 3 months to start kicking in. I'd have some patience. I need to get on it too. My body is beginning to hurt like hell!
