i need an advice ...
Hi everyone, im a new member here in My Fit Tribe ... and i really hope to benefit from all of the exercises posted here ...
i'm gonna get into the point, i'm 21 years old, 188 cm tall, and i'm currently 140 Kg, which is very dangerous for me, in 2005 i was 160+ Kg, and i started dieting/exercising since March 2009 and i was 152 when i started it, and now im dropped to 140, however, i feel like i've recently hit a wall ... i don't feel like i'm losing any weight at the moment, my exercises consist of, 40 mins of cardio exercises, around 1 hour in light weight lifting, 10-20 mins stomach and abdominal exercises, and i end it with 30 mins of swimming, i exercise 3-5 times a week, depends since got exams from time to time. ever since May i feel like i've barely lost 1 kg maybe ... it's getting me quite crazy since i'm working out alot, i eat 3 meals day, with some snacks and my diet is balanced...
can anyone advice me about what i should do ? should change my diet, should i change my exercise routine ?

dude, in my opinion you are over doing your training. 3 to 5 times a week is ok but the duration with all the cardio, weights and swimming is just not right. Secondly, 3 meal diet is just not on. It is most important to have atleast 5 to 7 meals a day while you are trying to loose weight. small and low calorie meal x many frequency will increase your metabolic rate and help burn fat. to sum up, relook at your work out schedule and meal plan. any way you look at it not more than one hour of work out max per schedule.
