How many times a week is best to weight train

There are lots of theorys on how many times a week a bodybuilder should train. 2on1off rotation, 4 times a week,5 times a week, 1 on 1 off

think different amounts are for differnt goals such as body building is normal todo 5-6 times a week however all power lifting routines i have come across are usually 3 times a week. And everyone is different some people can do 4 and get the results whiles others will have to do 6 etc

basicly i think you could

basicly i think you could work out every day, only when youre diet is optimised for it and of course you have to give youre muscles atleast 48 hours of rest, so i dont think there is a maximum number of days.

though i must say a 'once every 5 days' training routine seems to help..
