how to gain weight

hi everyone,
Well i have a good body but, some people say i need to put weight on to make my body look good. How can i do that.


Eat more. Especially post
Eat more. Especially post workout. Also increase your volume and intensity in exercises. Also, the most important thing is to get enough sleep. bare minimum 7 hours a night. You should get 8-9 hrs though.
