Hi all. I am still in limbo about my eating needs for training. Because I work at night (normally 20:00 - 23:00 - normally in bed around 2:00) I therefore sleep in longer It means my body clock is different from so many of the articles that give time suggestions. So I would really appreciate some help on figuring best times to eat. My ideal meal Structure is a s follows:

MEAL 1 SOLID
MEAL 2 CYCLONE
MEAL 3 SOLID
MEAL 4 MRP
MEAL 5 SOLID
MEAL 6 MRP

I normally hit the gym at around 12:00 - 13:00. Any time scale tips or advice greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards Eddie Dredge

in the case of you trying to put on size i would do all solid meals untill you reach your goal weight then start adding meal replacement protein shakes
