Getting Bigger!!
Hey Everybody,
I found the sight on YouTube and love it. By far the best fitness site I've ever been to.
I'm looking for a semi - beginner workout programme for people looking to put on serious size.
Currently I'm 6'3'' - 170lbs. I'd like to gain a lot of muscle and size. 19 Years old w/ very very fast metabolism.
You said in the videos you need to do simple compound workouts , 3 days a week, no less than an hour a workout.
Also you discussed 3 simple supplements you need, but I guess forgot to mention the last one.
#1 - Good quality protein powder-blend.
#2 - Pure carbohydrate blend
#3 - Wasnt mentioned
Is the last supplement Creatine?? If so what kind do you reccomend as PURE creatine, and only 5mg before workout??
If it's BCAA's whats a good source of BCAA

Now I need a workout programme for these compound movements.
Each body part once a week.
3 Day Body split.
Which workouts though, I'd really appreciate a good workout regimen to put on some good size before I start doing certain isolation workouts and etc.

Hey check out Ravinous' program section that he's about to do. This guy knows what he's doing and he's got a very fast metabolism. We're just starting our own study and going to compare the results in 3 months and again in 6 months. I myself have a far slower metabolism and cannot eat nearly as much so i wouldnt suggest following my nutrition plan. This guy does it right (Ravinous), whole foods and healthy foods with basic supplementation.
Also, your BCAA's, May I suggest: Optimum Nutrition's BCAA 5000 Powder. Its a high quality, powder form (i prefer this over pills), and its a great price for BCAAs.
Creatine Monohydrate. The cheapest of all creatines, and just our luck, pretty much all studies done on effects of Creatine were on the Monohydrate form. NOt all those other ridiculously expensive forms.
