Gaining over-all mass - no holds bar
I'll be trying to gain as much mass as possible with no real concern for fat gains or loss, or body shape. I'll be using the see-food dieting technique for the most part. Most of my calories will come from my carbs & i'll try to maintain the ratio of carbs:protein:fats to 50-60:30-40:15-20 percent. Here's a list of foods I intend to eat for the most part but believe me, it WILL vary! My training times will vary as well based on what time I wake up on Sundays & Tuesdays.

Most importantly, I try to drink at least 3 litres of water everyday. At most, 4 litres
For the most part, i'll be trying to consume as much beef as I can & i'll be eating every 4 hours to keep my metabolism slow. Here's what my typical day will look like...
8am
1.5 cups oats
3 whole eggs
orange juice
12 noon
6oz beef
1.5 cups pasta/rice/potato
Mixed veges
Juice or water
4pm
4 scoops Cytogainer in homoginized milk
1 Banana
8 or 10pm (depending on my training day)
same as above, but add 1/4 cup blackberries
11pm
6oz beef
1.5 cups pasta/rice/potato
Mixed veges
Juice or water
*** I don't usually take shakes back-to-back. So just switch the 4pm meal with the 8-10pm meal.

I plan to eat exactly the same things at the same times I did yesterday, but i'm going to try eating a lesser amount at a time & see what happens: 10:30am, 2pm, 5pm, 7pm...
I hope to get some inspiration from Jay Cutler tonight. God knows I need it right now!

I was up alright...
I did legs yesterday with slightely lighter weights on just the leg extentions. Everything else went up including my squats. I just felt stronger! I also took shorter breaks, & squeezed the hell out of each & every rep for each & every single exercise. Something just clicked in me & I wanted to crawl out of that gym yesterday swollen more than ever before. Lets just say that when I went to change, my legs looked like they grew 2 inches wider. The joke is that now I can't move them. lolol

I get 1 whole pineapple per week just because of the beef. I slice it up & put it in a bowl in the fridge & each time I eat beef, I take a slice. Tryin to stretch it a bit. And yea, you're sure right about the whole eggs. Cholestorol & all! lol. But I think I need a better vits/mins supplement though. Something with more antioxidants. I have a feeling that i'll need more & more the heavier I get.

Well...
My wife bought the ground beef this time. It just so happens that this particular one is not as lean as the one I get sometimes. But i'll use it anyway... lol. I'd much rather meat slabs. I think I mentioned before, but I can get 3 servings of 6-8oz of beef for about $6 here, strip loin slabs.
The cytogainer is a weight gainer that has l-glutamine, creatine, taurine, protein, carbs, & vits/mins. It's loaded with I think 560kls per serving with low fat milk. It's not like muscle milk. Muscle milk has something in it, i'm told, that helps with the absorbtion of creatine. I don't know for sure, but it's too expensive for me to be on at this point. But I heard it's really good.

We get a big box of oatmeal (two huge bags in each box) for $6.50 here, in total its about 9lbs of oatmeal per box LOL
I'll tell you something...
With eht canadian dollar value increasing, I always wonder WTF these people are doing to help the public save money. Do they really think that dropping tax by 1% & increasing income tax by whatever they took it to will help us? I pay almost $3 for a small bag of quaker oats. I don't know the size though. But I use about 4-5 bags per month. The great thing is that I can get a 50lb bag of brown rice for about $8-10, but it's not good quality. I just spent about $15 on sweet potatoes last week tuesday. They lasted until Saturday night. But that's only because I didn't use any until Wednesday. As for costo, I shop there every month. I'd go more often, but then I don't have a car to lug all that shit home by myself.
I'm tryin though. It's hard work, but i'm tryin! Don't even talk about eating when i'm not hungry... like right now. It's 4pm, i'm still stuffed, but my next meal is in an hour.

That's exactly how I feel. True mass is crap in my opinion. It worked against me. See, i've been using cyto for years... I only chenged to see if the claims were true in true mass. Well, they weren't! Maybe they'll work for someone else.

I with you there my friend. Once you find a product that works for you stick with it, there is no telling how much i have wasted just because of wild claims and pretty ads. I love Cytosports and Muscletech products. I use Cytosports carb drink also for recovery and before Krav Maga class and when I do the heavy bag routine.

This weekend was stock taking at work bro. Plus, I was so exausted. I find that when i'm not rested, I can't eat as much. As if my body can't digest what I give it. So I have to rest up & hit it again. I didn't want to, but it had to be done. I'm not sick though. Thanks for your concern. I will be trying to slow down my metab again soon though, i've been getting into the habit of eating every 2-3 hours again & it's slowing down my progress. But i'll do it after my birthday. I need to get my stomach down a bit, then i'll get back to where I left off.

Bro how much are eggs there? Its effing ridiculous here in the US. $2 a DOZEN!!! Eggs used to be the cheapest source of protein at like $0.80/dozen, now they've more than doubled, nearly tripled in price. Its so ridiculous I get p.o.'d just thinkin about it!!ARGG!!!
LOL its cheaper to buy a huge bag of chicken BREASTS with like 12 breasts in it than to get 3 dozen eggs they lay..

Well, the eggs I buy come in boxes of 18 & I use 3 eggs per day. I think each box costs around $4. But you're right! Everything is friggin expensive, more than with you guys. Imagine, the 6lb cytogainer costs about US$30 at GNC in the US. Here, that shit costs CAD$69. But it's unbelievable that 3lbs of beef rib-eye costs only CAD$6 here, even cheaper than chicken breasts when I compare them. Thats why I went on a beef binge a few weeks ago before that cancer thing you mentioned. But since I took 3 weeks off beef, i'll be going back on it as soon as I go shopping tomorrow.
