on tricep days i am un able to handle heavy wights because i get a painfull feeling feeling in my elboes, what are my atturnitives?

The weight may bee too heavy my man.
Also, it depends on the angle of movement. If you're putting your joint in a compromised position, all the resistance will be on your ligaments, not good.
Also, are you pinching your shoulders? A lot of people hunch up their shoulders, and this could possibly cause you to pinch your nerves in your shoulder? This will cause pain and even tingling or numbing in your arms/hands.
At this point it could b a variety of things, so those are just some ideas, based off of how you are position during this exercise and what type of exercise it is
