I'm 120lbs, and looking to gain weight..

I'm usually eating 4-5 eggs(whole) every morning, with some food variation(protein)...

i'm pretty confuse on what i need, high carbs or protein for my eating plan.. i want to gain weight while taking enough protein for muscle gain.. not sure with this.. help!! lol..

Eggs...

For some reason, I have difficulty eating eggs. If they're undercooked even slightly, I'll throw up.
Have any of you heard of such a thing? It wasn't always like this. It's a reaction I developed later in life.
Some egg products are ok, such as the egg in a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit from McDonald's. I don't eat these every day, so please don't freak out. I'm just saying that you muscle builders out there are eating eggs and I'm not.
Any thoughts? Substitutions?

Thx!
