Creatine vs. Cyclo Tren

merlos's picture

Two weeks ago I got back into the gym. I've been hitting the gym 4-5 times a week doing split body parts. The routine is 2 days on and 1 day of cardio, then two days on again, but only one body part a week. Looking at Jamo's recommended supplements, I purchased BCAA's in pills, glutamine powder, & protein powder. I did not buy the creatine because of the recommendation of the sales person. I'm trying to put on lean muscle so I can reduce body fat. They recommended Cyclo Tren from Infinite Labs. I've taken Tren before and did not feel dramatic changes. This is a different brand and want to know what people's take on it would be and if I should get the Creatine or try this Cyclo Tren? Thanks in advance.

Cyclo Tren does not contain

Cyclo Tren does not contain any type of creatine, as this is the one you talk about: http://www.dpsnutrition.net/get_item_il004.htm

Just hceck the nutrition facts, also see the price... Compare that to the creatine, i'd say i would already know what i'd take.
Also, has there been good research in whatever Cyclo Tren is claiming to be true? Creatine, with monohydrate in particular, has proven itself over and over again in research to greatly increase the lean body mass, when taken with high protein diets and hard training. The negative side of the monohydrate might be its water retention, however this might be solved by useing another type of creatine, like creatine ethyl ester or creatine alpha-ketoglutarate. But still, i would go for the monohydrate because users have said that this is still the best working creatine available.

Look at the stats:

Creatine is cheaper
Creatine can give you a longer lasting cycle of intake
Creatine has proven itself in intensive research

I would go for creatine, if i were you..

Good Luck!
