I think this idea is great. I've always wondered if models are actually as strong as the look or is it that they just have an extremely low body fat. I think it would be a great idea to have non-models (but people that are physically strong and healthy) against the people that claim to be in the best possible shape. The other idea of models vs models is awesome too. Try this... Maybe have military men and woman go against these models. See if America's healthiest can compete with America's bravest.truth about six pack abs
I got a treadmill that I've been using for years now. so far it works fine by me and I didn't bother buying something from those infomercials. I also got a Billy Blanks complete Tae Bo videos, once again this work wonders for me. Combining this two, running on a treadmill and even just the 8 minute workout will keep your heart pumpin' and sweat like a faucet :)
I would pick something that you would really enjoy doing every other day. If it's walking then the tread climber might work for you. If its running then maybe the treadmill? Because if you really don't like the type of exercise the equipment provides. Then you probably won't get much use of the equipment to further your goals.

all these equipment below sound really expensive, i feel that just a skipping rope can get you a hell of a cardio workout!

crosstrainer is good....i'd rather get a treadmill...but thats just cause i dont wanna sweat from the crosstrainer lol
